Step   Procedure & Parts & Tools 1 INSERT THE VOLT METER LEADS INTO THE WHITE CONNECTOR BLOCK. RED TO RED AND BLACK TO BLACK. SET THE VOLT METER TO VOLTAGE. Volt meter (True RMS capable) 2 HOLD THE TRIGGER DOWN ON THE HANDLE TO ACTIVATE THE BRUSHES. WITH THE BRUSHES ACTIVATED, THE VOLT METER SHOULD READ APPROXIMATELY 24 VOLTS.
